FAIRplus fellowship programme

The FAIRplus Fellowship Programme is a comprehensive training programme in FAIR data management, which was created within the FAIRplus project with a funding from the Innovative Medicines Initiative 2 Joint Undertaking under grant agreement No 802750.

The programme from FAIRplus was structured into 4 phases:

  1. Phase 1: Getting to know the materials and tools that are currently available, like the FAIRCookbook and the FAIRprocess
  2. Phase 2: Reproducing FAIRification examples
  3. Phase 3: Working on a personal FAIRification project
  4. Phase 4: Reflecting and presenting the learnings

The program was planned over a period of 8 months, combining extensive online modules and intensive in person meetings. All fellows had to apply with their own projects for the participation in the program as a requirement. There was a formal selection process of fellows by a jury.
