You are most welcome to join as a listener in a demo session (without accounts).12:00 - 12:30 Questions & AnswersThe new sensitive data services are designed to support secure sensitive data management through web-user interfaces accessible from the user's own computer. Sensitive Data Connect (SD Connect) and Sensitive Data Desktop (SD Desktop) are now available in Open Beta. Sensitive Data Desktop is a service providing a secure access over public internet to a virtual private cloud, and allowing secure analysis of sensitive data remotely from users’ own computer via a web browser.Sensitive Data Connect is a simple web and command line interface that enables sharing and uploading your encrypted sensitive data for analysis in SD Desktop.Most of use cases in SD services are free-of-charge for academic research, education and training in Finnish higher education institutions and in state research institutes. You can purchase most of the services when the conditions of free-of-charge use are not met.We will also introduce two upcoming services Sensitive Data Submit (SD Submit) and Federated EGA, which will enable publishing sensitive data in a secure manner later this year.In this workshop we will also have a hands on session where you can try using the new services, hence, please register well in advance (demo session is now full, you can join as a listener in a demo session without accounts.) This hands on session will show you how to best support users of your organization to get familiar with these services.
