Purpose of this folder

The Courses folder contains markdown files describing a teaching event e.g.
see this example for an RNA-Seq course.

Structure of this folder

So far this folder has a flat structure. In the future, if it turns out to be
unmanageable, then a folder structure based on e.g. course topic or year,
could be envisionned

Ontology for this folder

There is, as of now, not need for an ontology in this folder.

Guidelines for this folder

There should not be any need to add folders in that directory for the time
being. Later, based on usage we might split the content by "course content"
(e.g. RNA-Seq) and/or by "year"
Courses presented here should only be detailed in a markdown formatted file.
There should not be any material attached.
The course filename should be explicit enough, i.e. it should contain the
course topic, location and date
The markdown file should contain details about the course, such as the course
title, the course location, the date of the event, the name of the trainers, the
general aim of the course, the expected audience and links to the related
materials (lectures in Git and data files on the FTP)
