This Master Black Belt Development Programme has been designed to enable experienced Black Belts to meet the certification requirements as Master Black Belts under ISO18404, and prepare to pass the separate Royal Statistical Society Assessment.

The course consists of an initial workshop which introduces the programme and some of the technical content and methods of learning; the second stage consists of the candidate working through the development plan and constructing a portfolio of evidence in their own time, assisted by two coaching visits from a tutor; and the third stage consists of the end of programme workshop which involves the delegate's presenting their portfolio for assessment. Completion of the course is dependent on a successful submission of your portfolio of evidence.

The third stage of this development course will take place on 28-31 March 2017.
