The ISO18404 Assessment Centres run by the Royal Statistical Society ISO18404 Sector Scheme exist to provide the opportunity for qualified and experienced Lean and Six Sigma personnel to verify their competences against the requirements of, and gain certification for, Master Black Belt, Black Belt, Lean Leader or Lean Expert status under the ISO18404 international standard.

Assessment Format:
                                                      
1. 3 hour written test based on a real life scenario
2. 20 minute presentation on their background and suitability for the role to be assessed under ISO18404 (MBB, Lean Expert etc)
3. 30 minute panel interview.

Candidates will be required to submit a portfolio of evidence two weeks prior to assessment in electronic format. The portfolio should demonstrate how the candidate meets all the required competencies set out in the standard.

Lean Expert
